The Layoff Scare
My office today was abuzz with rumors that the management is planning to layoff people. By afternoon, it was clear that the firing had started. I saw some of my colleagues being shown the pink slip. Although I was not handed one today, I am wondering when my turn will come. Given the state of affairs, it looks like my job is no more secure.
